Our team consists of more than 30 social and economic scientists, psychologists, statistic and IT experts. tivian is supported by an academic council which was founded by the renowned scientist for organisational and working psychology Prof. Dr. Bernad Batinic. Members beside Prof. Dr. Batinic are Prof. Dr. Andrea Fischbach, Prof. Dr. Jörg Felfe und Prof. Dr. Guido Hertel.
tivian is a subsidiary of Globalpark AG, a leading provider of panel, community, and survey software. Founded in 1999, Globalpark’s clients include BASF, the Germany’s Federal Employment Agency, Evonic Industries, Lufthansa and Deutsche Telekom. The HR business unit of Globalpark was renamed as tivian in 2009.
