Successful design of your employee survey
After the survey – effective follow-up measures and their implementation
The results of the employee survey always deliver insights which were not foreseen during the conception and implementation of the survey design. Therefore, once the survey has been completed, we again subject the data obtained to additional intensive analyses, evaluate these comprehensively and ensure a structured and meaningful presentation of the final results.
One important target group for these results are the management committees in a company. Our consultants prepare the results in a way which is suitable for the target groups and present these to the board of directors, works council and further decision-taking committees.
Competent interested persons, such as executives and employees in the central HR areas, often wish to subject the results of the survey to detailed evaluations which go beyond the scope of the result reports. We have developed an online analysis tool allowing more in-depth analyses. The whole set of survey results can be subjected to own evaluations in a simple and intuitive process and prepared as diagrams and statistics – reliably guaranteeing the anonymity of the participants.
However, the employees also expect the results to evaluated and adequately communicated after the survey has ended; and that planning and implementation of concrete measures takes place on their basis as soon as possible. We therefore also support you in planning and implementation efficient and effective follow-up action arising from the survey.
Important multipliers for employee communication in this process are the executives. We support them with special coaching workshops to interpret the results, to develop strategic follow-up actions and to communicate in their areas and departments.
We make a specially developed project management tool available to our customers for planning, implementation and results monitoring of follow-up actions. In a clearly-structured process you are able to depict, control and monitor the follow-up actions and their implementation down to the department level. In this way, people with central responsibility can obtain an overview at any time of the degree of implementation of the follow-up actions, in the entire company, which greatly simplifies cooperation with the operatively implementing departments. We accompany these processes and can, on request, assume their overall coordination.
