Based on our many years of experience, we are able to develop an individual evaluation concept for the result reports. We aggregate the results of the survey into indices, create heat maps and calculate benchmarks. We prepare all results obtained from the employee survey in a meaningful and easy-to-understand format – to ensure that the initial questions for the data collection exercise are answered substantially and that areas for potential action are made clear.

In a report master we define the level of detail and form of compilation in which general and specific results of the survey should be combined. Also the level of detail when delivering the results can be adapted to the organisational structure of the company. Hence we ensure that the presentation of the results meets the need for information of employees at different hierarchical levels. We can also depict complex relationships existing within the company structure – right through to the special features of a matrix organisation.

The results are automatically calculated for the report-recipient during the evaluation process and compiled into an individual result report. This automatic report-generating tool even allows us to create large numbers of individual result reports error-free within a short period of time and to deliver them to the respective recipients – an important factor for the success of an employee survey.
