Fast and reliable results – implemented in effective follow-up actions
Prompt reporting of leadership feedback results is of great importance to the executives for acceptance of the process. We use a technology-assisted process for evaluating the results and creating individual reports, which allows extremely fast reporting of the results – also for paper-based and hybrid data collection processes.
These reports are prepared, after the survey process has been completed, as clear, presentable documents optimised for printing purposes. They can be extended by standard group and historical comparisons. We also reflect the culture and identity of your company in communication form and design.
We exclusively use validated statistical analysis models to create the reports. And: all results of the survey are compiled together in such a way that they are intuitively understandable and have a high degree of relevance for the executive.
Following the survey, we offer executives, their superiors and internal HR adviser’s materials and coaching workshops our support in interpreting the results. We also advise superiors and persons accompanying the development of the executive on communication with the executive after the evaluation, and the executives themselves, to derive personal areas for development and selection of suitable measures.
On request, we can also assume overall coordination and controlling of the follow-up actions – also on an international level and for locally organised companies.
