Account Executive (f/m/d)

People are the most valuable resource and therefore, to expand our team in UK – London, we are looking for a new colleague for the role of:  Account Executive


  • Achieving personal annual sales targets
  • Selling the Tivian software portfolio and related services in the Enterprise area
  • Acquiring new customers, as well as the expansion of selected existing customers through up- and cross- selling Tivian products and related services
  • Being able to evaluate pain points and potential, and the development of decision-maker relevant sales pitches
  • Developing key account strategies to ensure growth or access to new business
  • Establishing decision-maker network within existing accounts and new logos
  • Timely and accurate completion of all renewal activities for selected existing customers
  • Effective management of the full sales cycle, including quotation, negotiation and contract management
  • Responding to, and supporting colleagues with, requests for proposals and information
  • Proactively build pipeline and territory on own initiative and in managing leads
  • Forecasting territory and results for the respective fiscal year
  • Maintaining the territory and pipeline in the sales tool
  • Coordinating with Marketing on campaign management.

What you bring along

  • At least 3-5 years of proven success in enterprise software sales; cloud an advantage
  • Experience in solution selling to address customer pain points
  • Good storytelling skills for C-Suite decision makers
  • Hands on and self-starter mentality with demonstrable strategic selling skills.
  • Sales experience in Employee Experience and/or Leadership Management are preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Willingness to travel within the UK.
