SCOPE CASE STUDY

Disrupting the industry for accessibility

Scope focuses on listening and acting on feedback.

The Challenge

Scope, a disability equality charity, focuses on listening and acting on feedback to improve its services. It was held back by a need to commission research from external suppliers as it lacked its own panel platform.

The Solution

By building an accessible, automated panel research platform built on Tivian, Scope has created a complete solution based on every panelist’s needs. It is now simpler to test and check all the content and services it creates with its panel, ensuring they meet the needs of disabled people, while ending the use of external agencies and successfully launching its own consultancy offering.
Leadership development

The Results

With Tivian, Scope can listen more effectively to its panelists, involving them in the co-creation and co-production of services and content, with a flexible approach that spans all types of research. Automation has halved the time taken to run projects, reduced market research costs, and allowed Scope to do more by expanding its panel to meet the needs of an increasingly digital-first world. The platform is being extended to gather EX insights from employees and volunteers for the very first time.

We’ve grown to have one of the biggest panels in the third sector, but what’s more important to me is that we can disrupt the industry – with an accessible platform everyone has a voice. Tivian has really supported us, both through the flexibility of the technology and through the open relationships we’ve built with the team.”
