Tivian is currently engaging the following sub-processors to process personal data in its online services Discover XI (formerly EFS), Unipark, Leadership 360, Whistleblower and Qubie Web. See the full list below:

In case processing of personal data with any of the above listed sub-processor is conducted outside the EU, Tivian relies on the European Commission’s adequacy decision (including via the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (“DPF”), the UK extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, the Swiss-U.S. DPF) or Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure an adequate level of data protection.
The Tivian entity named as processor in the master agreement may use its affiliated group companies to process personal data which may be acting as sub-processors in the delivery of online services, professional services and associated support services:
